keep getting player error problem

mostly on the sports channel there has been a error about the player and the channel is cutting out, its also pixilated whilst playing,  its not my internet, its poor transmission.  Can someone pull their finger out and sort it out!!

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

What type of box? There were 3 different boxes Now TV released. 
White, Black and Smart box

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

So you have 2 options

1. Make sure the box is up to date and if it is head onto live chat to speak to Now TV staff

Click “chat to an advisor”

 

2. Perform a factory reset to the device, this can often squash bugs on the system.

yep its up to date,  i've switched to the samsung tv app at the moment
