Have installed app onto iPad, when I choose movies it keeps crashing, but have noticed the app only offers sports on the main page, not entertainment or movies, have to go into menu to choose movies. Have deleted app and installed again but keeps crashing. iOS is up to date. The app works on my iPhone and I still have availability to add a further three devices to my account.

If you're unable to watch content which you've paid for, for reasons beyond your control (like a fault with your line, or your broadband speed isn't sufficient, or due to our fault), let us know within 28 days of paying for that content so we can run a test on your line and we may give you a refund for the relevant amount.
Despite the bit about ‘line’, this is in the T&Cs applicable to your use of the streaming services.
Cancel now. You will still get the benefit of your existing pass(es) until their expiry dates, for use on any other NowTV apps or devices you own, and you can always uncancel if the problem is fixed before your deadline, or whenever the pass(es) are due to expire, if that is later,
10.9.0 to 10.9.2, and my iPad, though set for automatic updating, hadn’t picked it up yet; so anyone affected might need to go the the App Store and collect it.
From the History there, this has taken three weeks to fix, and there was probably a 10.9.1 which got tested and still needed a tweak or two, so hopefully a good balance between getting it out quickly, and getting it out right.
This is now an old thread, as the NowTV iPad app has been fixed.
Sky and Sky Go, despite their close association with NowTV, are somewhat out of scope here.
