game of thrones sped up playback

Game of thrones playback is sped up really distracting, episode on NowTV is 51:10 whereas it should be 54mins. It's not hard to slow down the HBO feed which is where i'm assuming its coming from (sped up so they can fit more ads in). If this playback issue continues I will definitely be cancelling my NowTV subscripton.

I noticed this too. shame it's not left as originally intended, especially when streaming on-demand with no ads.

Yeah this is an absolute joke! Will be cancelling my NowTV sub if this isn’t fixed ASAP! It says the episode is 78mins long, the speaking scenes are fine for me. It’s the fight scenes that are sped up way too noticeably. It’s also perfectly fine for the other episodes

Might be 'PAL' 50hz speedup where 24fps (23.976) video is sped up to 25fps/50Hz along with the audio.
