Hi, it's now tv on my smart TV and on my phone. Error code on TV and just
doesn't work on the phone. But it all loads up and I can play previews on
TV.

What TV is it? 

 

Are you able to delete the app and reinstall?

 

Tried unplugging the router and TV for a few minutes?

 

Explain exactly what content you are trying to watch. What membership do you have?
