I have 3 devices and my main one has been disabled. Everything looks good until you try to watch something, then I get a pink screen with the message DCP unauthorised. content disabled. so you can hear the sound but don't get a picture.

See if pressing the HDMI input source on your TV remote removes the HDCP message.
Other things to try is to temporarily switch the power off to your television and NowTV Playback device, swap HDMI ports or replace HDMI cable between your playback device and television.
