Hello, my broadband should have gone live on the 17/01/23 but it's not. also on my account it shows that is not live and that I need to wait, but the date remains the one of yesterday for activation... Please help me out. (I tried to call 3 times but waited for 40 minutes and no one picked up)
Keep at it, there is long waiting times on the call centre. See the red banner in this link.
