broadband not gone live on the date

Hello, my broadband should have gone live on the 17/01/23 but it's not. also on my account it shows that is not live and that I need to wait, but the date remains the one of yesterday for activation... Please help me out. (I tried to call 3 times but waited for 40 minutes and no one picked up)

You will have to persevere with the phone I'm afraid as nobody from NOW will help you here. Try 0800 759 1213.

Keep at it, there is long waiting times on the call centre. See the red banner in this link.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
