Itv player not working

I am trying to watch itv player but everytime I press play it bounces me back to the now tv main page (start page) I've reset device, checked Internet connection and software updatesand nothing has fixed it. what's happening? So frustrating!!!

The Flash season 6 episodes 13-20 missing

The Home screen states that season 6 of The Flash episodes 2-20 are available until the end of July - Today is the 12th & episodes 13-20 are missing ??? When will NOWTV sort this out ?

Multiple episodes will not play. It says "Content request not recognized" on the tv app, and returns error code 21 on the mobile app. Please fix this, it's so frustrating! We found it on episodes 3, 4, 5, 6, 8 (but not 1, 2 or 7) from the first 8.
