Zero customer support

Firstly where is the customer support , posting endless messages on a community is not my idea of customer support , i want to speak to someone employed by the company  that gets my monthly subscription every month 


and where has the Discovery channel gone and when will the monthly subscription be reduced to reflex the reduction in services offered

Discovery was removed a number of months ago due to them launching their own streaming service - Discovery+.


As for changes in price, you'll have to take that up with Now via one of the above methods.


You will find that from September 1st, there will be a couple of new channels added.

Peacock will be coming to Sky/NOW entertainment customers free of charge.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
