Why is the Liverpool game not being shown ?

Why is Liverpool game today not being shown despite there being 11 Sky channels available ? But 3 channels ( !! ) of a show where we get to watch people watch football and comment on it. Is this what we pay for ?

I've yet to see a response from Now Tv to any of the issues raised here ...

The Liverpool v Bournemouth game is a Saturday 3pm kick off, so under Article 48 none of the TV broadcasters are permitted to show it live.

Also Sky don't get every Premier League game during the season and get around 128 games per a season.
