Why can i not access the Premier League games on mobile pass

I have had the mobile pass for months.  I just went to watch the Southampton Arsenal game, but you've got another match on that channel.  

I pay for premier league.  I expect to see all premier league games that Sky offers.

How can i access what I am paying for? 

The situation is unprecedented, I get that.  But you've still been very capable of taking my monthly payment.

Come on Sky/Now TV sort this out.

Ive paid for the sports pass for this month and can't access tonight's city match for my son

Sadly, you should have checked the broadcaster. You can if you're using the NOW TV boxes, access their app, download it to your box and buy BT Sport for a month for £25 via BT Directly.
