Who else is annoyed about "that didn't go to plan" message

So tired of now tv screwing up and that passive annoying message constantly coming up. Please sort it out. Its been months now.

Tell them that either they start it going to plan, or you will start planning to go 😛

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
