Welcome to the forum. Yeah unfortunately The Sopranos left the service yesterday. NOW TV doesn't have the rights to keep shows on the service forever, so all shows have an expiry date. When shows have 30 days or less left, you will see a countdown reminder message appear next to the episodes on the website and most apps to warn you. It's worth looking out for these to help you plan your viewing.

Keep an eye on the blog which has a coming soon post each month

http://watch.nowtv.com/blog

and on this thread which lists new boxsets when they appear

For more info on how content works on NOW TV see the following help page

What a rubbish excuse & service......there was no countdown shown that I could see......what's the point of paying for entertainment if you remove box sets and can't show movies that are aired in Sky Atlantic???

The Sopranos have been on the NowTV service for quite a few months before it left the service on the 15th of August.

All my devices (which are NowTV boxes, Windows 10 NowTV App, Android phone NowTV App) definitely showed the leaving date of the 15th of August next to each episode, where it also showed the date in MY TV Continue Watching list.

Message post 7 on this linked thread below shows a screen shot taken from @Andy iPad which shows the leaving date of the 15th of August.

Out of interest what devices was you using for watching the Sopranos ?

Thanks foe you help and the info, I'm new to Now & mainly joined to watch The Sopranos, I do recall seeing a banner before pressing play about having so many days left to watch, nievely I though that was just for the episode (not the entire series).

so, I'm trying to navigate through the App and Website to find a Cust Services contact number/email, but to no evaluation!! Any ideas?? Or is there not direct access to Customer Services which may be how the keep prices down??

in answer to your previous question, I've been watching NowTv on my smart TV.

Thanks again

Liam

Same old Same old.  Feature a show on the advertrising and then pull it.  Was worse with Walking Dead. That was expiring in the distant future before getting pulled.

Really disappointed with this, I will be cancelling NowTV as The Soprano's was the primary reason for me having it.

If anyone's still interested, The Sopranos S1-6 boxsets are back on NOW TV to watch. Should be available for about 6 months although keep an eye out for any leaving soon messages in case this changes.

What the hell???!!!

Been watching entire box set of soprano's. Got to Season 6 episode 19 last night- gone to watch the last two episode and now only seasons 1-4 are available??? There was no countdown showing on any of the episodes.. I just don't get why it won't let me continue watching.
