It would be very helpful to know what device(s) you have Now running on that give you this error.
And if it is a Windows or Mac device, which browser is involved, and whether the error is still present if you try it on an alternative browser.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
