Us open

The coverage for now membership members of the US open is dreadful, right now we have the same junior girls match on both channels, where is the men's doublespeak final?, Dreadful give it back to prime.

 

Just can not get in touch to complain or ask for refund either, really bad customer experience !

where you can both complain and ask for a refund.

Ignore ‘Get Help Quicker’ there. That is a promise as empty as any promise of good US Open coverage.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

Full replays are on youtube with out ads via the official US open channel - no need to purchase next year
