I take it you are watching it live?
Boost only stops adverts being shown in On Demand programming; it cannot skip adverts on live broadcasts.
However, it is working to bring you 50fps not 25, HD not HD Ready, and 5.1 surround not 2.0 stereo, on suitable devices, so Boost is still enhancing your viewing experience here.
But do try an On Demand programme, to check that Boost is indeed suppressing adverts for you.
Warrior is a good choice; you don’t have to wait long for an ad break, and you should just see the Warrior splash screen appear momentarily, which will show you that ads have been suppressed as you get straight on with the content.
Come back if you’re getting ads on On Demand, though.
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
