Have you purchased a Sky Sports Pass OR a Sky Sports Mobile Pass? If it were a 'mobile pass' you only get access via a mobile device. Beyond that I'm stumped.

Hi - Yes I Haven't been able to access Sky Sports etc since the 19th also . I have factory reset and reset my BT Router and still - Sorry something went wrong

@Anonymous UserYou say you can access movie and entertainment content. Is that LIVE tv or On Demand content only?
I'll ask the poster on the other thread if they'd like to add their experience onto this thread and hopefully someone can pick up on this although I don't think the forum moderators are available weekends (if at all nowadays).

Is your friend with BT also?
I know there was an update to the NowTV app on my Roku at the end of the week (I don't know what the update included) so it's possible the latest app update has broken something.
