Unable to stream on AppleTV or MacBook

I’ve been trying to watch anything on NowTV using both my AppleTV and my MacBook Pro. Since you updated the app It won’t stream at all. I can eventually log in. Both say I’m subscribed. I can go through the library ok. But if I try to play/watch anything I just get the spinning circle then it eventually throws me back to the library page again. On the mac it totally freezes up. Can I get a refund?

As for any sort of refund, you’ll have to contact NOW staff directly. Which can be done via live chat, by clicking “chat online”.
