I am already really disappointed with the US Open coverage. Only 2 matches available. Typical Sky rip off. £26 for the month and can’t watch the matches I want. Could  watch every match with Prime at a fraction of the price and also replays. Are Sky/Now even going to have replays of the overnight matches ? Total rip off if there are no replays or are we supposed to sit up half the night. Does anyone know if there will at least be replays

I am glad it isn't just me! I thought I must be really dense as I couldn't find yesterday's replays (not being able to stay up all night and all). Nothing! And the commentators keep going on about how you can view all your matches, replays, etc.

This is an absolute con - and I feel bitterly disappointed that I will be unable to watch the matches I want to watch. 

I have sent a complaint but this doesn't make up for the fact we are being totally ripped off. Really really upset with the whole thing.

Shameful isn’t it! The complaint response will be the bog standard ‘ we are looking into it’.  They just don’t say which year!

I agree with many subscribers to now that the coverage of The US Open tennis is a complete rip off. AMAZON was much better and offered people a real choice of matches to could watch. I will not waste my money again.

also on desktop, renamed from "every court live" to "bonus streams" which I suspect will still just play a nice black box of emptiness when the courts start at 1600 UK time... I hope i'm wrong, I'd love to be wrong...

I think they've just renamed it to make it easier for support to say, "bonus streams are not supported"

This is so ridiculous. They don't make it clear at all, at any stage of the purchase, that you only get to watch "every US Open match" on supported devices. I spoke to someone on the live chat and if you ask for a refund they'll do it - mine is just processing now.

I am also annoyed that the 2 matches I have been allowed to watch this afternoon are both women’s matches. At the moment we have had the Ons Jabeur match and the Katie Boulter match. Why not at the minimum one of each or are we getting woke gender sensitivity to boot for our money.

If you ask for a refund: are you still able to watch the 2 courts are do they end your contract?
