US Open specific court coverage

Hi Now TV,

Where is my access to the 17 courts live coverage ?? The options appeared for a while, worked on my mobile phone for an hour and have now disappeared from my laptop, imac and mobile ! WTF ?? please sort this out as soon as possible, poor show guys !

sky claim bonus streams are unsupported on a PC.  I would recommend you lodge a complaint at https://help.nowtv.com/complaints.

Slim hope they'll do something about it.

Yep … I did a live chat with NowTV yesterday re: all court coverage issue and was told it is not available on iPad etc. Absolute disgrace!

No bonus streams on my TV either! I just get an error message. Apparently they are aware of this and trying to sort it out … we will see. Also no catch up that I can find. I’m livid!

This is beginning to look like a SCAM by SKY!  I'm sure millions have signed up in order to watch the US Open only to find that you can watch two matches of their choosing out of the SEVENTEEN taking place at any given time.  IT'S A CON and hopefully the Tennis Federation will speak up.  How did they get the contract when Amazon offers far superior coverage.  Down to the $$$$$ and forget the tennis fans!

Skype sport package showing only 2 courts for the us open

it is through at the beginning earlier today before 4pm I saw the link to all court but now it has disappeared

now tv / sky pls fix this asap otherwise I will log a very strong complain on the issue

We also subscribed to Sky sports via nowtv just to watch the tennis. https://www.skysports.com/tennis/news/32833/12946554/us-open-tennis-on-sky-sports-how-to-watch-all-c... clearly states that we should be able to choose a court. Does this also apply to NowTV subscribers? Am also very upset. Please fix this Sky.

It's not like Sky can't offer access to the unlisted devices because I was watching earlier then the coverage disappeared. It's a nasty way of treating customers.

It is very disappointing!!! We all paid for a service providing transmission from all courts. It is clearly offered on the Sky website!!!. It is obvious that Sky and Now TV have mislead their customers and should deal with the problem or return the money. Unfortunately, they have purchased rights to the US Open TV coverage for 5 years, so its a complete disaster for us tennis fans.!!! Mainly Amazon did provide excellent service and Eurosport was OK ,but Sky is a complete disaster. We, tennis players and fans should write to the International Tennis Federation and other bodies to force Sky to change their approach and enable everybody to enjoy watching tennis for a reasonable price!!!!
