Trailers again. Really?

So Now (TV) entertainment have decided to put 30 second, irrelevant, non-skippable trailers before every single episode of every single show I watch. If I wanted to be pushed junk before getting to the real content I would be watching YouTube.

I suspect that this has coincided with my expressed intention to leave, and the 50% discount that resulted. If so, it's a weird plan to try to retain my custom by irritating me every time I use Now.

I followed the advice and complained. The response was:

"If you'd prefer to watch on-demand shows and movies without ads, you can choose to upgrade to NOW Boost for just £3 a month."

Er... no?
