Its down to the broadcast schedule of National Geographic in the UK, nothing to do with NOW TV. They started showing it 2 weeks ago, hence you have 2 episodes available and after Monday you will have 3 episodes and this will carry on with weekly additions until National Geographic stop broadcasting it in May. Why National Geographic are showing it out of order is something you would have to ask them.
