The sopranos season 6 won’t play

Hi,

I have the now tv app on my phone, and the last two episodes of the sopranos in season six won’t play, even though there isn’t an issue with my WiFi. When I try to play it it just doesn’t load, or it come on but lags and has no sound.

please can someone help me with this

I had the same issue but it was with episodes 15 and 16, other episodes seem to load fine but I didn't try to watch them all the way through.

 

I've emailed customer services but received no reply yet, if enough people email maybe they'll get round to fixing it quicker.

I tried to play the S6 ep 15 & 16, it is working.

 

Can you please confirm if it is working now for you ?

 

If not, please confirm which device?

 

Also just for you information, the S6 is not end in 4 days, that is only a data renewal date in the system. NOW TV said this is actually there till 2023.
