Why is only episode 3 of season 5 of the blacklist available? Where are the other episodes??

Please can you confirm when this will be back? It is nothing to do with the rights to show it - Sky (which owns NowTV) have it on Box Ser so call be sceptical but this appears to be a ‘clever’ commercial decision...
