Anyone else having problems playing this, I just get the blue circle of doom, the adverts play fine and other progs/films are also working fine.
Just tested here and working fine for me. Which device are you trying to watch on?
On the PS4, just seems to be a problem with this.

As asked by @redchiz1 are you able to delete and reinstall the app on the relevant device?
Have already done that and nothing, I know it is probably a rubbish film but I still want to see it and only got films for another 2 weeks and then I will be cancelling.
We watched the film over the weekend and thought it was excellent. That being said I do like Ethan Hawke and most his films I’ve seen are good enough.
Have you tried unplugging your router for a few minutes?
Take it the PS4 is fully updated?
Does it work on any other device such as a mobile?
Had to reboot the whole of Virgin Media earlier and the playstation is up to date too, thanks though, will contact the support later
