I’m having trouble when watching Disney+
Every time we try to watch something/ anything it gives a message ‘No Internet Connection’ on occasions it comes back within seconds and other times we have to come completely off Disney+ and go back on.
This doesn’t seem to happen with Now TV, Netflix etc.. any suggestions?

Are you talking about a NOW branded device such as stick or box?
Either way have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
If not then you should contact Disney directly to report the issue.

Or do you have Now Broadband, and think this might be causing the issue?
In which case, try telling Broadband Buddy that you are 18+
