TV Guide not showing

I have just activated my NowTV account and the TV guide did not show. As advised, I reset the NowTV as per the factory setting - but still no TV guide. I then went to Advanced Setting and updated all apps - but again no joy. Does anyone have any solutions to get the NowTV guide working? Many thanks

Hi I have the same problem , I bought 2 for Christmas for my children , 1 shows the TV guide option in the main menu and the other doesn’t. Is it because they are linked to the same account?
