When trying to play episodes of any season of Succession on my Now TV App - either ones I have downloaded or not - I receive an error message with the Error code CVF:-11839:-12913
It tells me to log out and log back in but this doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Looking at that error code it looks like you are using an iPad or iPhone.
Try powering down the device fully, leave it for 5 minutes, then switch it back on and try the NOW App again.
