Subtitles

Why are there not subtitles on every tv programme/film on NOW in this day and age where 20% of the population is hard of hearing? Is there any way I can get subtitles on Below Deck?

Is that on the Hayu section or Peacock channel?

Annoyingly none of the content is on ANY show on Alibi 😡 

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
