Stargate SG1 season 5 + 6 wrong aspect ratio

Stargate SG1 seasons 5 + 6 have the wrong aspect ratio on Now TV - they’re 4:3 stretched to fit 16:9. Seasons 1 - 4 show as 4:3 and seasons 7 onwards show as 16:9 (rather than 4:3 stretched to fit 16:9). Is there any way of contacting NowTV to get this corrected, I can’t find any contact details on the help pages?

It’s so frustrating, there are a couple of random episodes that are fine, but then back to the wrong ratio. Also some of the bloody episodes are in the wrong order.
