Sports passes

I have a month sports pass, but, due to coronavirus lots of  football, F1 and other sports are no longer available. This makes the pass useless.

What are Nowtv/Sky going to do before people like me just let it run out and never buy one again so as not to throw good money after bad are you going to replace it when it is actually worth having ?the is already a rumour that F1 may not happen all season.

What is your policy or is the risk all mine.

@Anonymous User any luck with refund etc? I'd bought the 9 month F1 pass a couple of days before it all kicked off

Yes I did, they have let my old pass run and sent a code for a new one.

Clearly using the code today would be pointless, I will save it till it's useful.

As for a refund, no.
