Sports pack

Iv just bought a sports pack and it won't let me watch it, just keeps bringing me back to the main menu when I try to click on the channel to watch it, what should I do

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

Are you trying to watch the sports pass on a NowTV or Roku branded device on your television ?

 

If so and you have bought either a day pass or full blown month sports pass (not mobile pass) then try start watching on another device such has a smartphone, tablet, PC then jump back to your NowTV / Roku playback device to see if the pass then triggers on your NowTV / Roku Box or Stick.

 

Hopefully that should fix it.
