Sound missing

Some channels/ episodes missing part of the sound. 

the back ground noise is there but the voices are either extremely quiet or muted 

I tried watching csi through the TV guide yesterday & in two channels it had that issue then I just watched something else assuming it was a csi glitch - today I’ve tried to watch SWAT & it’s the same issue.

Season 2 episode 1 but as I said was happening while watching programmes on the TV guide & still happening when I try to watch sky one Sky witness etc the adverts all have the right sound but the programmes only have background sound no voices

I’ve also just tried testing a couple more things & had the same issue  with true blood season 1 episode 1 & Chicago fire season 7 episode 1 but Teen mom Uk season 1 episode 1  & the office season 1 episode 1 worked  fine so I’m wondering if it’s an issue with sky channels?

Solved my own issue - changed audio settings to stereo & now it’s working 👍🏻
