I've also had this issue, spent 1h20 on the live chat with two different people and was told I'd be transferred to higher up.
My issue is mainly on my now tv stick, I was told to reset everything and download updates.
I think it's a content issue that Now TV really need to sort. I think a lot of people are hacked off with it
