Hi iv been having problems for a few days now where an "oops something went wrong" box keeps popping up on my TV. Iv the box off and on and it's still doing the same thing. Can anyone help me as I'm having no luck getting through to customer services.

Out of curiosity who is your internet service provider, would it be TalkTalk or somebody else ?

I've been having exactly the same problem for days,
Today, I was unable to access streaming services at all - it has also logged out and cannot log back in.
No human beings available to ask what has happened to a service I PAY FOR!
Chat bot just redirects to the community (I assume it's on purpose is to make me more annoyed than I already am?).
Alert on Help homepage just says "we are aware..." and has said the same for a number of hours, although it seems to keep resetting the clock to imply this is a recent issue.
My internet provider is NOW broadband, no issues with bandwidth, etc.
This is extremely frustrating.
