You need to report it to staff directly. Nothing technical with the app will get fixed on the forum.
Make sure you click “chat online” within the green box. Don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
Can I assume you've tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
Clearing the app cache?
Rebooting the devices including your router?
Perhaps send an email to support outlining all the troubleshooting you've done. That way it saves you using live chat?
