Sky Sports not working

Just signed up to watch USPGA final round but can't get the player to work.  Have tried reinstalling player and turning router on and off again but no joy.  Any suggestions?

Any message or error code on screen ?

 

Have you tried a different internet browser with your PC / Mac when using the NOW Player ?

 

Also a few people had problems starting their Sports Membership today (error code OVP-00005) and had to start watching on their smartphone / tablet NOW App which would trigger the Sports Membership before jumping back to their PC / Mac.
