Sky Sports image freezing after 10 seconds

Watching Sky Sports on Roku and it keeps freezing after 10 seconds.

audio works fine but image freezes.

have looked for app and device updates but it’s all up to date.

have restarted device and app, logged out and back in, nothing working…….any clues?

What about rebooting your router or unplugging it for a few minutes?

Does it just happen to sports channels?

@gavs82008 It’s any live channels on Now. 
watching on the iPad is fine. Streaming a film is find but any live TV is freezing after 10 seconds.

Very odd it’s restricted to just that device!

Report the fault with live chat, hopefully they can sort it out. Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
