Sky Sports Won’t Load Despite Valid Pass

I paid for a 10-month Sky Sports Football Pass in August 2019 so I can watch the Premier League on my LG Smart TV.  It was working fine until this evening.

I got as far as the channel lineups but the channels themselves wouldn’t load.  
The four-coloured revolving buffering symbol just kept going and going.

I tried a different channel, then switched the TV off and back on but it made no difference.

However, it’s working fine on my iPad.

My other streaming apps—Netflix and Prime—are working normally on the TV.

Please let me know how to fix this.

I don't own an LG smart television, but i would be inclined to try switching the power off at the mains outlet to both your television and Router for about 30 seconds.

 

Then switch the power onto your Router first, give it say 5 minutes to let it go through it's reboot process then switch back on the TV and try the NowTV App again.
