Every time i try and watch sky news it always fails to load but every other channel is fine.. Why is this

I'm having the same issue on ps5. Error code: vsf:SDK.pei.rxplayer/pipeline _load_error.

Tried uninstalling, reinstalling. Remove device from list and signing in again. Frustrating it's only this one channel.

It's still showing same error code today. I have reported via email and been told the issue is being sent to the technical department. It is only happening on my ps5. Works fine on my fire stick
