Season 2 Aliases

Hi folks, last five days I've been unable to view Aliases Season 2 from episode 2 onwards.

 

Tried reloading NOWTV App. but no luck, I'm accessing it through a 4k Roku stick.

 

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Hi @Anonymous User 

Bit of a long shot, but what happens if you try playing S2 Ep 3 on your smartphone NOW App, then stop the stream and give it about 5 to 10 minutes to see if gets added to your Continue Watching section on your Roku Stick.

Then see if it then plays under the Roku Stick NOW App Continue Watching section.

I haven't got access to any of my playback devices at the moment but can see two Seasons on my Android tablet NOW App.

OK I have just tried S2 Ep2 on my tablet and it plays fine on my tablet screen for the 5 minutes I tested it.

It doesn't play either directly on my Amazon 4K Fire Stick from either the SYFY on Demand channel or via Continue Watching I suggested in my post above.

The error message on my Fire Stick is Opps something went wrong. That didn't work so we're going to look into it. Error code VSF:Error.Player.Android.Unkown.

Perhaps report it to NOW live chat, where it sounds like an issue NOW's end.
