Refund as no sport

How do I contact customer services to ask for a refund for my sports pass? Live chat is unavailable.

 

My current pass runs until 1st June. I'm not paying for a pass that now has no content as there is no sport!

 

Don't understand why NowTV haven't already issued a refund.

I agree, I haven't got any communication about passes other than Now TV telling me they still intend to show sport when it returns. I bought the season pass (Aug to May) but today there is speculation the Premier League may return for June or July. What happens my season pass? I paid a lot of money to watch the sport, some help is needed.
