It's not actually missing, but boy do you have to dig down to the very depths of GUI hell to find it, and only if you know it's on.

So is this simple incompetence? Or are you obliged to make it available to NOW customers but you'd really rather they didn't know about it to persuade them to pay more for full Sky?

It’s oddly called bonus streams instead of “red button”. The link below will indicate how to get them, perhaps it could be a bit more in sync with Sky itself though.

Can I watch Bonus Streams and use other Red Button or interactive services?

Got a Sports Membership, and one of the devices listed below? You can access extra channels on selected sports events using Bonus Streams, including additional EFL matches and F1 Race Control.

When a Bonus Stream is available, you'll find the option at the bottom of your NOW app homepage. Don't worry if you can't see any Bonus Streams right now – they'll appear automatically by the time the event starts.

Keep in mind
You can't watch Bonus Streams with a Sports Day or Mobile Membership. NOW Boost features, including full HD and 50 frames per second, aren't available on Bonus Streams.
