Red Button Feeds

Please add more bandwidth to these, tonight's UKR-GER match is buffering in the second half. Making watching annoying. This needs expediting with many more streams due in the coming days and weeks.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, I am simply a NOW customer trying to help I am a Community Contributor This means that I know a lot about the service and like you I am still a customer. For any account issues you’ll need to contact staff via customer support.

I'm fully aware of that, I'm trying to get a discussion going here so that when these become widely available, they are presented to us in a quality similar to the main channels with boost. This is not the case presently. We also need to ensure that catchup content similarly is as good as the initial broadcast version.

 

To suggest that Sky/NOWTV don't read comments here is ridiculous, they need to do so for moderation purposes. 

 

Posting comments about the service addressed to the operator is a way of alerting them to lack of satisfaction, even if nominally this 'is' a customer forum. 

 

Highlighting to others that the current offering via platforms is not up to scratch is essential in my view.

To be fair there is many issues with Sky sports on Now TV coverage for England game is a hot topic just now

Only stating the fact that Now TV rarely monitor the forum and not to expect a response. 

What I’ve always found best way to get anything resolved is to go straight to support and speak with Now TV staff.
