On 14th June the latest episode of Rhonj was available (episode 19) as I watched it on Now tv, but just a few hours later same episode had disappeared??

I can’t start it, as I don’t have Hayu, but it looks like it’s there?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

I believe the episode in question which is missing from NOW Hayu is Season 13 Episode 19 (reunion part 3).

I guess it’s true then; I just can’t handle reality 😛

Do you know why this is not available? I saw it got an error message then it just disappeared??

No-one on this thread will know as we don't work for NOW. Just customers to the service in some shape of form.

The NOW staff member we used to tag in for Content issues has not been online in weeks so even tagging them in won't get us an answer ☹️

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Looks like the episode is there now according to the NOW App on my Android tablet.

I don't have a NOW Hayu Membership to check if it plays.
