That isn’t right (as you probably know 🙂 ).
What device are you trying to watch NowTV on that keeps cutting out?
Wired (if applicable) or WiFi?
And what internet speed do you get from what ISP?
Do you have or watch any other streaming services (BBC iPlayer, Netflix, etc.)?
If you do, do these cut out also, or do they work smoothly?
Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
