Programme freezes so they can make you watch the adverts again

Absolute joke. Given we already subscribe. Don't pause a programme for too long as it won't restart until you've watched the ads again. Awful viewing experience. Constantly interrupted

Could you amplify the context a wee bit e.g. which membership; live, or on demand; with or without Boost? And how long do you mean by "too long?"

Without boost. Entertainment subscription. Happens after less than 5 mins on pause

So without boost we should suffer crashing content so adverts can be replayed. Interesting money grabbing strategy.

Well not exactly "crashing" from what you said earlier? With the Boost you do have to suffer adverts I'm afraid. And these are always present on live streams regardless.

Yes. It crashes. Wheel of death comes up until you close the programme down and restart. So the ads can play again. A blatant money grabbing technique.

OK, are you trying to pause your way through the ads? If so, you have probably discovered that you cannot do that.

No. Simply pausing to perhaps pop to the loo. Or make a cup of coffee. Pause=wheel of death= restart programme and watch adverts again
