Problem with connection

All my devices are off . And it keeps showing this message .

and I have check my devise list . None of my devices r active on any screen .

If you want  to switch from one device to another when you have reached your limit - one, or three, depending on whether you have the NOW Boost - then you need to completely close down the stream. This varies from device to device, just stopping, or switching to watching something else will not necessarily do that as the stream may continue in the background.

Just to follow up from @redchiz1  you will need to completely close the app. 
So when you exit you want the “do you really want to leave?” message.

Very true, it seems to get that message I was talking about it would be on a Amazon fire stick or Smart TV.

Otherwise on a phone it’s more faster to force close.

Yeah, I get Leave/Stay if I use the back key on my LG TV app. But I do have to click back several times. On other devices I find you don't get that, so I always click/tap Home and then swipe out.
