Poor quality streaming with pattern across video.

I'm getting low quality live F1 video even though i pay for the boost, and across the screen especially in the darker areas the is a red pattern across the screen, its really distracting. 

how can i fix this as theres no point in me paying for boost if its low quality anyway?

Some devices aren’t fully supported for 1080p via boost.
