Player not working on Amazon firestick

Hi, 

I've downloaded the app and signed up to now tv

However every time I'm trying to watch a movie it's giving me an error message there was an error with the player 

I've tried switching the app off and goin back in and switching off the firestick too but keep getting the same message. 

Any ideas?

Have u tried force stopping the app in the menus. Can't suggest anything else as it seems fine for me on the Firestick watched Bad Boys last night.

Yeah I've tried force stop and resetting the stick

Does it happen with every film? Im trying to watch "i trapped the devil" today and I keep getting the same error. I watched "birds of prey" last night no issues and have a stable fibre connection.

Im thinkings its the fire stick rather then then nowtv. Tried reinstalling but other apps are playing up now. 

Think I'll just go back to a nowtv box instead.

Have you tried setting the Fire stick back to factory settings?

This is more likely going to squash the bugs on the device than simply deleting and reinstalling the app.
