Paranormal Activity 4 not working on any devices

I have NOWTV Cinema, and have watched dozens of titles and all worked no problem (xbox app is pretty rubbish, but it works), but Paranormal Activity 4 comes up with error message, tried it on xbox app, pc app, phone app and its not working on any of them. All the other titles I have tried work but not this one. Pretty annoying as I have watched the other 4 movies but cannot watch this one.

Assuming you’ve tried to unplug the router for a few minutes? Since you’ve tried many devices I would say it’s not needed to delete and reinstall the app on those devices.

Would say it’s best to go onto live chat and report the fault.

Make sure to click “chat online” within the green box, don’t hit “get help quicker” as this is a bot.
